Three years ago my husband, son and I moved from out of province to Long Sault, ON. Thankfully our real estate agent knew of Newell Brown’s newest development, Chase Meadows. We were introduced to Mr. Brown, the owner of Brownsdale Construction. From the onset Mr. Brown and his team treated us like family. They made the purchase and the building process seamless. We personally met with most of the trade workers, whom have been working with Brownsdale Construction for several years, and to this day they provide an excellent service. We recently received a transfer notification and we put up the house for sale. Within a few days the house had multiple offers and because of Brownsdale Construction’s solid reputation the buyer waived his inspection condition without second thoughts. We are leaving this neighborhood with a heavy heart, as it is a safe place for kids to run around as well as the perfect location to enjoy the company of great neighbors. Moreover, since we are relocating to another new built in the Ottawa region, we are realizing even more so that Brownsdale Construction has several upgrades either included in their price or at a much more affordable cost than the Ottawa region.
