My husband and I (and our little dog, Whiskey) are new to the Chase Meadows family.  We always wanted to build our dream home from the ground up and we got our dream realized when we met Mr. Newell Brown and his lovely wife, Eleanor this past fall.  They are such a lovely couple to deal with and we were very pleased with the personal and professional way we were able to come to an agreement on the purchase of our property and house plans.  Mr. Brown has the utmost respect for what his clients want in a home and is able to make their dream come true.

We were very pleased with his contractor, Joey Peeters Construction and his crew.  They were very professional, courteous and friendly, and most of all, they were able to understand our wishes and even offered very good advice in making sure our dream home was built to our specifications and wishes…we couldn’t be any happier with the craftsmanship of this house.

We must also, without hesitation, send our heartfelt gratitude to Chris Teal, Mr. Brown’s foreman who was always so courteous and polite in dealing with us, first-time home builders.  He always dealt with our concerns with the utmost professionalism and promptness and for that, it made our whole home building experience very enjoyable!

We look forward to spending our retirement years in our dream home and we are grateful for the staff of Chase Meadows.  Come join us!  You’ll certainly love it here in Chase Meadows.
